How I design
Even at a smaller scale, the process of creating a product or optimising one is incredibly complex.
I am experienced and flexible enough to embrace ambiguity but I can also instil strategy, order and process.
The following page explains my process, principles, methods, leadership style and more.

The product design work I do helps define product strategy
Product strategy is the keystone to success.
Understanding and helping define the foundations behind the interface is a key part of what I do.
Product strategy something that both influences product design and is influenced by product design.
My product strategy cornerstones
As a product designer and workshop facilitator I can help define this information - or if it already exists, I'd look to leverage this information to help design the perfect product experience.
0-1 product design is often specifying this information as a strategy to help guide the design of an MVP. I use a variety of tools and methods to do this (see below).
Each aspect of the strategy should be tested and reinforce other aspects of the strategy.
My iterative design process
This is designed to fuel collaboration, alignment, learning and product optimisation.
Ultimately the market is the true test of the design process and so it’s critical that feedback loops are put in place.
